Full-stack engineering · Operations software
Cameras, scanners, outlet laptops, vehicles and the ERP, wired into one reliable workflow.
01 · the studio
We run the operations and write the software.
So every system is built from the floor up, for the people who actually use it: dispatch staff in a cold room, kitchen teams on a rush, outlet managers, a finance team at month-end.
Both sides of the problem
We sit inside the operation and write the code, so the tool fits how the work is actually done, not how a spec imagines it.
Six systems, daily use
Across food manufacturing and retail: inspection, dispatch, monitoring, finance and logistics. Each one replaced a manual job.
Works in gloves, offline
Rugged scanners at −4 °C, edge devices that run without a network, agents that start themselves. Reliability over polish.
The through-line is instrumentation: making a physical operation legible, then automatic.
We understand what modern tools can do and, just as often, where they are the wrong answer, so we can advise on the solution an operation actually needs.
02 · the stack
Every layer, from the device on the floor to the screen in the office.
Hover or tap a layer. shipped tools run inside the six systems; toolbox tools are what we reach for when a project needs them.
03 · how we think
Engineering principles, each tied to a real system.
Marked implemented when a shipped project does it; marked approach when it is a design consideration we apply but the case studies don't document directly.
04 · the work
Six systems, each replacing a job done by hand.
Filter by the kind of system you need, or search by tool, device or problem. Every case study has an architecture you can select and step through.
No project matches that search. Try a device (scanner, camera, GPS), a tool (Supabase, EC2, Python) or a problem (reconcile, dispatch, licensing).
05 · start a project
Let's make your operations run themselves.
Open to work in food-tech, manufacturing, retail operations and inventory automation.
